Inoculation loop with spare replaceable wire loops.
 
These loops are used to germinate spores on agar where very precise work is required.
 
How to Use:
 
  1. Sterilize the wire loop using a >>blue flame.
  2. Dip the hot loop into the >>agar plate to cool it and allow some agar to stick to it.
  3. Use the agar-covered loop to pick up spores from a spore print.
  4. Smear the spores over the agar plate to spread them out evenly.
  5. Wrap the agar plate with >>agar wrapping film and wait for 3-14 days to see if the spores germinate.
