Easy to use liquid culture powder mix: dissolves easily making a semi-amber, almost clear, liquid-culture base. Also works as a perfect nutrient additive when making agar plates.

**This alone will not solidify if you intented to make agar plates, it is only a base nutrient - you will need to pair it with our >> agar powder**

Please follow this detailed blog explaning: How to make your own agar plates.

This mix can also be used as a base nutrient in your own agar mix. Works well for all species.

For an easy liquid culture recipe simply mix in 4g of this powder per 100ml of water, sterilize at 15psi for 20-25minutes, allow to cool and then inoculate with one of our >> agar cultures or a culture/ spore syringe of you own!

Works great for all commonly-cultivated mushroom species & NZ-native mushrooms.  Both wood and compost-loving species grow well in this liquid culture and agar mix.

Powder will go hard over time especially in humid environments -- if it goes hard it is still fine to use and can just be broken up again. Keep package well sealed in a cool dry place.

Package contains 100g of powder mix.

"Excellent service!

Sporeshift have consistently got the best service of any online provider I have used. From the time of order to delivery the communication is great. I frequently wonder why other businesses can't to it the way they do. Excellence in action. And no, I am not their mother ... just a satisfied customer and mushroom lover. :)"
