Soy hulls are a core substrate ingredient for growing many mushrooms.
 
With high concentrations of carbohydrates and proteins, they provide easily digestible nutrients that increase yields and enhance mushroom quality. Their excellent water retention assists the substrate's water-holding capacity, ensuring optimal moisture levels.
 
Soy hulls can be used in proportions ranging from 10% to 50% when mixed with sawdust or manure to create a well-balanced mushroom growing substrate.
 
Combine with 1-2% >>gypsum to make a complete growing substrate.
