Sterile Liquid Culture Vial for Mushroom Spore Germination - Premium Nutrient Solution - Grow Mushrooms from Spores!
 
Our sterile liquid culture vials contain a proprietary in-house nutrient solution designed to promote rapid and vigorous germination of mushroom spores. Each vial is pressure-sterilised for sterility and arrives ready to inoculate, ensuring a clean and reliable start to your cultivation process.
 
 
How to Use This Product:
 
Follow these simple steps to germinate your mushroom spores effectively. (Note: This product is intended for use with our >> Distilled water syringes, available separately. We do not sell spore prints.)
 
Prepare a spore syringe using our distilled water syringes: Take your spore print and squirt a few ml of distilled water onto it.
Gently mix the water around with the needle tip to suspend the spores, then draw the mixture back into the syringe.
Give the syringe a shake - you now have a spore syringe ready for inoculation.
Remove the blue cap from the vial to expose the self-sealing injection port.
Inject 2-3 ml of the spore syringe into the vial through the port.
Store the vial in a warm, dark place (18-26°C) to encourage germination.
Shake the vial gently for a few seconds once a day to distribute the spores and nutrients.
After 7-14 days, the spores should germinate (you may notice strands of mycelium growth in the vial—this is normal and a sign of healthy development).
Once germinated, insert a >> Sterile needle through the port and draw out a few ml of the activated spore solution into a distilled water syringe.
Gently shake the syringe to mix the concentrated spore solution through the distilled water.
Inject the germinated spore solution into one of our >> All-in-one mushroom grow bags or >> Sterile grain for further cultivation.
If you want to test your germinated spore syringe for sterility drop a few drops onto an >> Agar plate and watch for pure white growth over the next 3-14 days.

For best results work in a clean environment to avoid contamination - we recommend our >> Still air boxes.
Results may vary based on spore quality and environmental conditions.
For best results, use fresh spores and maintain consistent temperatures during incubation.
Each vial is 10mls - filled to 7-8ml of spore starter solution.
